Informative report according to the law 675/96 - section of statute n° 10 

We wish to inform you that in compliance with section 10 of Law 675/96 all individuals are legally protected as to the treatment of personal data. The data which you have provided us with will be used exclusively for administrative purposes and will be handled respecting privacy and personal identity at all times as required by laws and legislations.
The treatment of personal data will be performed using automatic and computerized methods.
In conformance with Law 675/96, personal data will not be diffused to third parties. In accordance with section 22 of Law 675/96, public bodies shall be authorized to carry out processing operations of sensitive data. Upon consent of the Guarantor this data may be treated for cases not covered in the above mentioned section.
In accordance with section 13 of Law 675/96, the interested party has a right to:

* obtain the confirmation of the existence and origin of his personal data by the holder.
* be provided with information as to the logic and purpose on which this treatment is based.
*ask for the cancellation, the transformation into an anonymous form or the stoppage of the handled data in violation of a law, as well as the updating, the correction or, if he is interested, the integration of the data;
* oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment of these same data.
