We try to give the word “Quality” more meaning and value every day, through our work and conduct, aware that a small mistake, hitch or misunderstanding can damage long-established relationships based on trust. In order to minimise this possibility we have opened a customer care help desk (active on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays), through which our customers can make comments, give advice or forward complaints. This will allow us to confirm that the services we have provided are in line with their needs and expectations, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction. Messages must be sent by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to our Quality Manager, who will reply as soon as possible. We make only one request of our customers: please help us improve.
